A little bit about us...

 

We are a small care agency based in Chipping Norton and provide home care for our clients who live in the town and in the surrounding villages.

 

We are looking for caring and enthusiastic people to join our team as we’ve got a bit of a waiting list and would love to help more people in the area!

 

Our visits range from companionship visits, which might involve popping in for a chat with some tea and cake or going out for a drive, to visits where clients need more support to remain independent in their own homes. This might involve helping with tasks such as meal preparation, light housework or assisting with getting up, washed and dressed in the morning or ready for bed in the evening. 

 

We also help out with shopping for clients or popping to fetch medication or just being a friendly face to check that they’re each alright.

 

The position is available as both part time or full time and is on a contracted basis. 

 

As a company we pride ourselves on offering excellent rates of pay, weekend enhancement bonuses, paid mileage, travel time enhancement payments, a company pension scheme and paying for all training costs, including the time spent training. 

We pay for the costs of DBS, uniform, PPE and are fully insured to cover all of our staff whilst out visiting clients.
