About Us

The team at Care Compassion and Conversation Ltd all come from a broad range of caring backgrounds and have experience with a wide range of complex health needs. All the staff are highly qualified and have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Each client has a small team of staff, avoiding a constant stream of strangers coming through their home. It is their home and we respect that. We believe in good communication and trust. It is important that you and your loved one feel comfortable with our team and really get to know them as this then leads on to excellent consistency of care.

This also allows us to match our staff to the clients; we understand how hard it can be to have to accept help into your home which is why it's so important for you to have the right staff.

The team are not only there to help you with the everyday tasks, they will also see if there are any problems which can be resolved to make your life easier.

Liesl and Dawn, our founders, do not hide in the background. They, just like our support team, are on the road and work with many of our clients on a daily basis.

The whole team use reflective practice - this means they think about what needs to be done and then think how it could be improved or maintained to help you live as happy and comfortable a life as possible.

Ultimately, we all share a common bond in our desire to offer the very best bespoke care to our clients.

The Process

Make an Enquiry

When you make an enquiry we will have an informal chat regarding which service you need. We will arrange for you to meet with one or both of the managers to assess the level of support you require and what the expectations of the client and/or the family are.

Create a BespokePlan

We will then create a bespoke support plan which will address all your needs. Though the support plan will form the basis of your care, it will become an ever changing document that evolves with your needs and requirements.

Assign Matched Staff

We aim to match the most suitable staff to your needs to ensure you are receiving the best possible care.
